TB2 PANEL WALL FORMWORK

ADSF is proud to introduce the TB2 Tabla Wall Form System consists, mainly, of a modular steel frame panels with plywood, push-pull prop, platform bracket, filler plate, key bolt, tie rod and lifting hook.

The heart of the System is the modular panel with the smooth-surfaced cladding attached to one side of a purpose-designed steel frame. The connection between the modular panels is accomplished through the use of key bolt which greatly improves working efficiency when compared to time-consuming.

Additionally, compensation walers used at panel connection locations strengthen the integral rigidity of the wall forms. Optimized form height adjustment due to the combination of various element heights (150, 125, 75 and 62.5cm). Ideally suited for use in refurbishment projects, as panels can be completely disassembled. Square and rectangular columns are easily formed with panels, exterior corners, and connection key bolts.
